Our carefully restored farmhouses and barns, made in order to share with you unique moments lie in this complexity of colors, sents and sensations of a land caressed by the sun and the wind.
The Bonomonte Farm consists of two holiday farmhouses: Villa Prumiano inside the Bonomonte Farm and Podere San Bartolo close the medieval village of Barberino Val D’Elsa.

PODERE SAN BARTOLO

Podere San Bartolo with its apartments in the heart of the Tuscany Chianti hills is the ideal place for a totally relaxing holiday. You will be immersed not only in nature but also in the life and culture of a typical village.
Podere San Bartolo consists of 3 apartments:
San Bartolo: 3 apartments situated at the edge of the centre of mediaval village of Barberino Val D’Elsa.
Immersed in our olive grove there is a garden with a big meadow and a swimming pool. Here your gaze will lose itself in the stunning views of the Elsa Valley.
San Bartolo is made of stone. It consists of a Casa Padronale (Main Building) and a Fienile (Barn), both restored. In the Main Building there are two apartments: San Bartolo 2 and San Bartolo 3. The Barn is a separate apartment.

SAN BARTOLO 1

Gr. fl.: living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom with panoramic view, 1 twin bedded room with small window and skylight, 1 bathroom with bath, private and panoramic terrace.

This two floor apartment is the result of conversion work carried out on the left wing of the “Casa Padronale” (Main Building).
On the ground floor a large sitting room with satellite TV, a spacious kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher, a single bedroom with an extra pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower unit.
On the first floor a double bedroom with a beautiful view, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
The sitting room opens out onto the patio complete with table, chairs for lingering lunches, dinners and relaxation …
One side of the apartment looks out onto the Via Cassia, the original road linking Florence to Rome.
